In general, we have a procedure of emergency purchase of raw and packing materials.

Some times, it is must for us.

 

Is it allowed in BRC. We want document it

I find it hard to believe you do not have stable suppliers for raw and packing materials.

For high risk items such as these you need full specifications, compliance data and supplier approval and monitoring process.
