Hello all,

My name is Christina, and I found this forum while on a desperate search for information on how other manufacturers perform their traceability exercises (I'm currently trying to improve ours).

I work at a plant that manufactures PET plastic bottles and jars for fruit juices and applesauce, and I'm officially titled as Document Control. I also coordinate and help perform our internal GMP inspections and audits, as well as train to be our second/backup SQF Practitioner. We're a Level 3 facility, but also a very small (<100 employee) plant, so the number of hats I wear is somewhere between 1 and 4, depending on the day.  :lol2:

I'm not exactly "fresh out of college," but I am fresh into food manufacturing, so I will probably be around asking a lot of questions. I've taken the SQF Auditor training and SQF Packaging Auditor classes through SQFI, and I feel very confident in my memorization and understanding of Modules 2 and 13 (my previous job was FAFSA/financial aid consultation, so I'm ace at rules!).

I'll end it here before this becomes a novella.

Cheers!

~Christina
