Hi Trinity1

In general it is always good to to have a separate processing and storage areas as it will minimize the contamination of finished  and  in process products. The separation also minimize the changes of stored products absorbing any undesired  smell  or flavour from in-process products.

This is the general advise as more information is needed about what products you process and what product you are thinking to store in the process area.

Kind regards

Dr. Humaid Khan

Hi Trinity,

Do you mean permanently stored ?

If so, not likely to be appreciated by an auditor IMO. Do you mean there are no separate storage facilities ?

Kind Regards,
