Hello friends

If a food factory having 300 items from chocolate sweet.

What is the way to make it easy to descripe this big number of sweets, otherwise there will be 300 tables of items description.

not familiar with chocolates but could you break it into categories of the chocolate i.e. semi-sweet, dark etc.

Hi Almaskati,

 

Group by similarity of Flow chart / CCP. This is a commonly-used SOP.

 

It's an amazing achievement. Even Heinz only had 51. Once.

Yes, similar to what Charles said we group by process....we too make chocolates-about 150 items, but I have 6 product descriptions: enrobed, molded, filled etc.

The best way is to group your products either on the basis of process flow or type such  molded, filled, asenrobed, etc
