Hiii, good evening (at least in my country is night).

Well, as "procedure" as is, ISO 22000 requires you to have 7 procedures:

  1. Procedure For Document And Data Control
  2. Procedure For Control Of Records
  3. Procedure for Product Withdrawal
  4. Procedure For Correction
  5. Procedure for Corrective actions
  6. Procedure For Internal Food Safety Audit
  7. Procedure For Control Of Non-Conforming Products (called Handling of potentially unsafe products)

For this particular case, it does not ask for 1 procedure as such, but rather suggests you have procedures to meet the requirements, but not necessarily be of this type may be other documents such as emergency plans.

  • Procedure For emergency preparedness and response

On the other hand must have "records" of certain sections, these records are also required; sorry I can not remember the number of memory but are more than 24.

In addition, on other documentation that can be generated to meet the requirements of ISO 22000, it does not give you a limit of quantity or type, so you can generate the amount you think necessary, but it is important to understand that there are procedures and mandatory records.

ouh!!! In this forum, in the search bar you can put ISO 22000 and display previous conversations that will be of much help.

Hopefully this information is helpful.
