Irish Lass,

Did a quick check of the Aldi website.  Aldi has some generic information for consumers and their supply chain.  They probably give you a lot more as one of their suppliers.  If you are supplying food or beverage products you will not go wrong with a GFSI bench-marked program such as BRC or any of the other GFSI recognized programs.  If you are referring to social responsibility audits, some requirements can vary from country to country depending on national/local labor laws.   SA 8000 is a good place to start to build a decent social responsibility program as long as you remember to plug in local labor law requirements and Aldi code of conduct requirements.

Good luck!

Hi Aldi don't have a code of practice its basically a gmp audit with parts of the brc thrown in. Make sure your pest control, fabrication, haccp meetings are all up to date and that your ccp's are being followed properly then you should be ok so long as your gmp is good! It will depend on your product a bit as well anything product specific eg allergens species control should be good. After that they will do a trace usually and will check the product quality. If you have had a lidl audit its very similar.
Good luck 😊

You should have access to document library and policies of the Aldi TSP who are responsible for the specification control e.g SVA (SGS) throuhg eVision / prestige logon.

Oh my goodness'!  I genuinely thought Aldi had no technical policies apart from ones they mailed out from time to time.  Blimey.  The fact these even exist was completely unknown to me.  Nice of my spec writer to say "there's a policy section on this spec website by the way."

I was about to say the same.  Policies?  :roflmao: but they actually do exist.  B*gger.
