Hi Victor72,
You simply need to document who is responsible for the communication and how they communicate, contact details are useful as well.
So you need to have details for communication with:
Suppliers
Contractors
Customers
Statutory and regulatory authorities
Other relevant organizations such as industry bodies
Kind regards,
Tony

is there any template that you can share

Hi Vickor72,
Even something as simple as the attached will/should cover the above.
You may have to flesh out with specific information for yourselves but this is the kind of thing they will be looking for.

Hi VICTOR72:
I recently had my audit ISO 22000, the standard does not mention that you have "procedure" does not need a template. What Tony-C means is that as proof of this can show "records" of communication. For example: Let your specifications have been sent to your suppliers before purchases, your Purchasing area has had to send this document somehow serve emails. Another example is the minutes of meetings with suppliers of materials, answering inquiries and / or complaints to your clients, etc.
Regards.
