Yes. i agree with you. IMO this document does contain some useful material but is also flawed regarding oprp etc - the terminology OPRP is characterised in the ISO22000/22004 Standards but the article lacks any mention to the iso(22000/22004) text for its determination. The matrix procedure described for selecting OPRPs looks nearer the approach developed for the GMP+ System involving Points of Attention (POA).
For high level of risks, which are not controlled by PRPs or oPRPs, CCPs should be established.
IMO the terms oprp/CCP should be reversed.
