Food science has solved many tricky problems of food safety issues and concerns but one topic - food safety culture which is most important for food safety is least understood and worked upon.
i will be delighted to lead this topic for further discussion how to bring food safety culture in organisation when all the stakeholders are working against very cause of food safety problems i.e.lack of food safety culture. Why commercial aspects dominated the business decision when stakeholder knows the cause of the problem.
We can apply fish borne analysis i.e. cause effect diagram to derive some wonderful conclusion.
