Hello mates,

in YUM QSA 2013, ( clause 2.6) calibration procedures, the standard requires that ( • calibration sessions for all personnel at least twice annually)

what does (• calibration sessions for all personnel at least twice annually) mean ?

thanks in advance,

Jimmy

Try contacting the company who is going to audit you and get an understanding from the auditor?

Without knowing the context, "calibration" of personnel usually means training them so that they understand what they are looking for, or testing for. (Generally QA/QC type people).
