Hello members,

I am a quality manager of a button production company in Africa, Rwanda and we are trying to develop a HACCP based process, and that's where i need your help.

I need an example of a HACCP plan for button mushroom production plant starting from the reception of comport in the cultivation area.

My concerns are specifically on the validation and verification part...

If any one can help me with that, i would be soo gratefull.

Have a good day all.

What is your facility like? Is the packaging area the same as the growing houses or is there segregation? If there is a definitive separation then you can consider the compost & growing as a supplier, getting only the packaging certified. This greatly benefits your plan.

hello,

Thanks a lot for your concern on my issue.

My facility is actually compost separated from growing and packaging.

But packaging is together with growing, so i still have to make a plan for the process starting from when we receive the compost till the dispatch of packed punnet.

Thanks
