Congratulation to rmills06 for winning the November Member of the Month award.  MOTM's are selected on a number of measures, including number of posts, quality of posts, helpfulness and longevity on the forums. In the short space of time rmills06 has been a member they have been hitting the target consistently on the first three and it is sincerely hoped the fourth will comes to pass.
