Good Day Food Safety Team Leaders
My name is Rita from South Africa, currently employed by a Food Repacking company in Durban.
Core Business is repacking of sugar into prepacks (500g - 25kg) and into mini tubes used mainly in coffee outlets.
My current HACCP study on the packing procedure is the use of sieve which was a CCP and have since changed to not being a CCP, as we are not absolutely sure that nothing can go through the sieve.
In my last FSSC audit, I was advised by the auditor to review the process and to maybe change the Sieving process an OPRP
(Operational Pre-requisite Program).
Can anybody who has the similiar process and if you have OPRP in your process please forward me infomation regarding what additional paperwork is required.
I hope to have this in place before my next FSSC audit, which is just a month away.
