Good morning everyone,

I would like to know if anyone has undergone Paleo and organic certification for their products?  I know where to go for non-GMO project certification.  I need information on costs, what to assure for paleo and organic certification, etc.  Any help would be appreciated.

A good place to start is to contact your district USDA office.  You will be working with them to get the USDA Organic certification.  I have no experience with Paleo, in fact I was unaware that there was an actual Paleo certification.  If I remember correctly the costs associated with the USDA Organic certification aren't too much depending on your size, but there may be increased costs associated with making sure you comply with all of the requirements.
