I am looking to revise my Food Safety Manual. We are going for SQF Level 2 so we don't need quality. I originally typed the SQF Code and what procedure and documents we use to follow that part of the code. My manual is 30 pages long and way to hard to manage. We are having our first SQF audit soon and I want to change it to make it more feasible and since we have mostly Spanish employees I need it in Spanish also. My question is can I just make out a list of all of our procedures and documents we use and make that my manual or do I have to describe every part of the code and what we do to comply with it? Any help would be great! Thank You!
