Hi All,

I am looking to implement a supplier quality assurance questionnaire for groceries specifically that will include aspects on TACPP and Food Fraud as well the usual hygiene, GMP & allergen management practices.

Any thoughts out there?

Kind Regards,

Ashnee

Hi,

The organization that i work for produces prepared ready to eat meals and salads. We purchase quite a few grocery items i.e. sugar, salt, oil, milk, cheese, spices etc. and I would like to implement an SQA for the suppliers of these ingredients / groceries that covers the aspects of GMP, HACCP & TACCP.

Kind Regards,

Ashnee

I think what you require from these suppliers is their food safety certificate.

Their own food safety plan shall cover the items you mentioned.

Also obtain the product specifications of the raw materials you purchase.
