Good day fellow members and professional. I will appreciate if anyone could assist me with the critical limit with validation for temperature of receiving frozen raw materials like chicks, beef and fish.

Hi Aliyu Angara,

 

A typical contractual specification is that the core temperature be <=(-18degC).

The cargo should also display no significant indications of experiencing thaw/freeze cycles during transportation.

Yes, the temperature should be around 18 - 20 degree C.
