Hello All,

Thinking deeply on different situations where a routine pressure from the management may result in to deviations in to Food Safety and quality system.

Do you agree that pressure plays a negative role in some situations as for as maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Standards are concerned.

Help me to have a data base on this and views of people who care for food safety and quality.

Most definitely a problem. in my 30 plus years in the food business I had dealt with difficult decisions like you had describe with upper management, especially the accounting department.   I always had to bring up our Commitment Statement which is signed off by the CEO.
