Antioxidant tests are conducted basis the radical capturing capacity equivalent to Vitamin c, Tocopherol and there is one more. Polyphenols are done using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. I have my doubts if a routine ISO-17025 certified labs will be able to do this because this is more of a formulation development kind of a testing.
Check with any contract research lab or research institute. They should be able to help you.
