Conducting full antioxidant capacity test and polyphenolic content of leaf infusions; any labs out there that can carry this out effectively?

Busy developing a tea and require technical expertise in the above stated.

Antioxidant tests are conducted basis the radical capturing capacity equivalent to Vitamin c, Tocopherol and there is one more. Polyphenols are done using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. I have my doubts if a routine ISO-17025 certified labs will be able to do this because this is more of a formulation development kind of a testing.

Check with any  contract research lab or research institute. They should be able to help you.
