Hi All, my name is Dion, what a great site. I found this site through doing a web search on "pre-op checklists."

I have been in various food production organisations here in New Zealand, have worked from ground floor through to management, now an operations manager. I have experience in red meat processing, wine, craft beer, fruit, freeze dried food, seafood, coffee, dairy products, and presently in honey.

I am presently involved with setting up a honey plant from scratch. So will look for here for assistance on certain resources. HACCP plan, GMP, etc.

Thanks.
