I am Patti and cannot express enough how excited I am to have found this site. Already you all have helped me so much by allowing to search the forums and read your posts. I had been a food grade oil manufacturer for the last three years and previously relocated jobs to a cookie dough and muffin batter manufacturer and ingredient ditributor. In comparison to many of you, I am clearly a newbie and hope to learn as much as I can about Food Safety as I have been hired to implement a program and drive new a food safety culture. I have accepted the challenge and am optimistic I will accomplish the goals. Please feel free to share any start up tips.
