Are dead bee parts less than 7 mm a hazard? (as per FDA guidance 555.425)
We are using 60 mesh (250 micron) size for filtration, as pollen size varies from 5 to 200 microns.
is this information sufficient to validate the control?

Hi kick,
the "7mm control" has itself numerous caveats as a hazard criterion, notably depending on the context. As per the detailed documentation. And as per any associated validation.
(i deduce you are not claiming that bee parts themseves are necessarily an intrinsic safety hazard, they are, I suspect, likely to be regarded as a quality defect in USA [and adulteration?])
Kind Regards,

Thank you Charles. then How can I validate mesh size by not loosing pollen grains ?
