Dear All,
I have one doubt and please anyone make me clear.
Our bakery storage freezer is limited space. That is why we are keeping together with meat (but with plastic pack) and ingredient (such as milk, cheese, yogurt, etc) in the same freezer, but different shelves.
Is that acceptable or safe to food from food safety point of view?

It depends -
(a) whether yr FS Standard (if any) accepts any such semi co-mingling
(b) Conceptually, on a risk assessment, primarily potential for cross-contamination and especially if RTE products involved.
JFI/example, in my own seafood auditing experience storage of chicken meat/fish in same area was considered unacceptable. Other systems may be more flexible.
Maybe, think refrigerators ?
