Im working in food processing plant in Papua New Guinea. We are updating our food safety manual.

The food safety manual for any food producing company is a site specific document which is based on HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINT (HACCP) principals.

 

There is no template which will be specific to your operations
