Implementation of integrated Quality and Environmental management system reference to version 2015 that involves organizational context and risk based thinking. so how to start or integrate previous 2008 with 2015 . what new steps/documentation e.g risk assessment in any food industry to be maintained. please elaborate with some sort of file /template etc.

Hi Saad, I'm not sure your question is very clear and that's probably why you have not received an answer. 

 

Are you already certified to one or more standard, if so what standards and what versions?

Do you have FSMS certification?  Are you a food business?

 

What are you trying to upgrade to?

 

Are you just asking for some ideas about "organizational context" and "risk based thinking"?

If you mean you require a combined Quality manual for iso 9001/14000, an example does exist here but not using most recent versions of the standards.

Do you need to transition to ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015? Then, google it. You will find thousands of documents and references there.
