Hi Everyone,

We are dealing with fresh cut vegetables supplied to restaurant and hypermarkets such as: shredded carrot, Shredded Cabbage, Diced Onion and etc. We are ISO 22000 certified company. I'm confusing on sampling plan for finish product as per requested by our customer, There are any requirement or guideline on the sampling plan in ISO 22000? or we should follow the AQL standard to established sampling plan for our finish product? Please assist.

Thanks,,,

siva

Hi Siva,

ISO 22000 is generic so does not have product specific requirements. It does however require you to agree and comply with customer requirements.

Kind regards,

Tony
