Anyone have an Excel version of HACCP Plan Template (FDA)?

I was wondering if anyone had an excel version of the FDA HACCP Plan form ?  I go online and everything is in PDF I don't have a converter ... Help please ?

FDA just released a food safety plan builder that you can use to make a compliant food safety plan and download/print it out. Find it here.

The FSPCA has a lot of materials on their website.  These should get you started and browse around for more :)

This has been available for quite a few years. It's a good tool, but was created way before FSMA. Also keep in mind that this is only for Food Defense, not HACCP per se.

This current version was released last week and is designed to build a food safety plan compliant with the preventive controls rule. It is comprehensive.
