Currently, our company is testing for Salmonella, Listeria, and Coliform for Zone 2 environmental swabbing. Would anyone happen to know the limits

Thanks,

MM

Hi Mmezic,

Please supply a little more context, eg -

Meaning Zone 2 ( the "meaning" can vary with user) ?

Product ?

Process ?

FS Standard (if any) ? FSIS ?

Salmonella limit will afaik (almost) invariably be "non detected" or an equivalent statement. Latter's size may depend on above info.

Listeria (and/or L.monocytogenes) may have a Regulatory interpretation depending on above info.

Coliform is not a pathogen and limits may again depend on above info

Kind Regards,

Charles.C
