Hi Everyone,

 

Would appreciate if you have any experienced to share with regards to valves use in the food facility and how can this unit generate foreign body that may be likelihood to go with the product?

 

Can anyone provide as risk assessment in terms of equipment including valves.

 

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Sir Charles,

 

We have stainless ball valves and brass-lined gate valves that serve as feed and discharge. Sizes ranges from 1/2 inch to 24 inches. Medium are condensates, massecuite, and syrup.
