Dear all;

There is a new issue for the Food Defense vulnerability and is the inside attacker. Do you have any guideline in order to evaluate the personnel and detect those whom represent a real risk for our products?

Thanks in advance for your help

My plan addresses this risk by:

All new employees subject to background check.

Facility is under camera surveillance and employees need to use keycard (records their presence) to enter.

Other employees trained on food defense and asked to make sure that everyone always "treats the product with respect".

Other than that, there's not much more that I feel is reasonable for a small company to implement. Next step would be constant monitoring by dedicated security.
