If you are going the SQF route, you can use the checklist provided on the SQFi website (http://www.sqfi.com/documents/). 

Regardless what scheme you're doing, I think you should consider going about the internal audit documentation process via the following

• Take an internal audit checklist i.e. SQF checklist
• Edit it to fit your company, the different departments, and their function

For the SQF audit at least, this enabled my company to hit two birds with one stone (internal audit and SQF systems review requirement)

Hi Simon,

 

I want to prepare comprehensive check list which cover all requirements with specific requirements of each standards.  Which is easy to use than use of multiple standards which cover majority same area.
