My name is Crystal. We just had our annual SQF audit, and we were dinged for our swabbing and enviornmaental program being not so usefule, as we do not have a hold and release program.
It was suggested, that we create a Vector swabbing program instead. Please help me write this SOP.
Or if you have any vaulable information to toss my way, I would be greatful.
