Primarily for now it is being used to check food contact surfaces and the effectiveness of the sanitation program.

I don't see any CONS for ATP testing, as this is an effective verification step for your sanitation procedures.

 

It does not give you a viable micro count, but in a production environment its a good indicator of your cleaning/sanitation procedures within shorter amount of time.
