Hi,

I'm currently busy with my company's procedure manual but i'm stuck on the SOP for metal, wood and glass procedure. Would anyone be able to sned me an example.

Thanks

P.S. Any other examples for procedures would be helpful as my deadline for completing the SOP manual is coming up.

Hello,

I think this file will help you (http://safefood360.c...tic-Control.pdf

also there are some mandatory clauses should be mentioned into the procedure:

1. Scope

2. References ( your certificates like ISO 22000 ,AIB or BRC ).

3. Responsibility ( Monitoring and verification).

4.purpose.

I hope it helps you.

Have a nice day

Hi!

I know there are other threads on this topic as well, but as they are from a few years ago, I thought my chances of getting an answer here is better.

Regarding the Glass and Brittle plastics SOP and checklists. It is scary how easily this checklist can become quite ridiculous!

Would you include the following items on your checklist:

- light switches? Especially in areas where it is not exposed to open products.

- Electrical wall plugs

- fire extinguisher hoses, nozzles and gauges

Here is our Glass and Hard Plastic control procedure, hope it helps Karin.
