Hi everyone!  Just wanted to introduce myself.  I work for a small to medium sized coffee roastery that acquired level 3 SQF last fall and we are now looking at our re-certification coming up in what seems like a very short time.  I know the auditor gave us a break last time since it was our first audit, but I am preparing for this next round to be much more intense.

It's good to see I'm not alone in this struggle!  Thanks everyone in advance for all the info I have already gathered from this forum.

How did the Auditor give you a "break" last time, what does that mean?

Not a break I suppose. But the change in code is making for a lot of work on my end. The food safety world is still new to me and I am constantly learning how much more there is to do.
