Hello,

In doing risk analysis, you have to identify the hazard, based on history and other collected data from previous years of operation, or data from technical bulletins, blogs related to your process must also be considered. It must be team effort if possible. There is some exemption if you are in a small company that multi-tasking is common.

Identify what's the frequency or likelihood of occurrence, and if it happens what is the damage that could this event hurt your operation/end user.

regards,

redfox

Hi,

You should consider all types of Hazard( Physical/Chemical/ Biological/Allergen) that may arise, present at all your process steps.

Then you must identified the risk factor by severity X likelihood .

Regards,

Shaganjeff
