Hi,

We are a fast paced cookie manufacturer and are trying to introduce a good traceability system.  I cannot seem to come up with a good batch coding system for ingredients and batches made.  We will do it manually.  Can anyone offer examples of sheets or directions for a good process?

Hello,

You can use an ink jet printer for coding. It can code as fast as your production output.

Custom stamps are surprisingly inexpensive and a good option if you don't want to invest in an automated coder but avoid some handwriting.
