Hi guys,

 

I'm trying to figure out how I can go about describing the biological characteristics of my company's end products. We specialize in semi-processed and RTE snacks like samosas, spring rolls, chapatis, waffles, pancakes, hash browns etc. Can someone please give me an idea or two of biological characteristics of some of the products listed? Please

Total coliforms, total mold, free from pathogens, total bacteria
