I am a veterinarian from Bangladesh. Started working in meat industry as QA Assistant Manager. My company has FSSC 22000, HACCP certificate. Hope to learn and share a lot with you peoples.

What made you decide you wanted to leave the veterinary industry for meat processing?
Actually I didn't left veterinary industry! I act here as a meat inspector also in the form of QA personnel! Thanks for your reply.

In Canada, the head inspector in every meat plant is a veterinarian; animal borne transferable diseases and their mitigation is a vital function in slaughter houses! (my background is in poultry)
