Hello,

We have recently painted safety grids on our manufacturing floor for walking within the area.  We used a Water-based epoxy floor coating that is listed as in compliance with USDA FSIS regulatory sanitation performance standards for food establishment facilities.  It meets the Green Seal environmental standard for paints and coatings due to reduced volatile organic compounds.

I'm logging this in our chemical register and am wondering if this USDA FSIS standard is equivalent to a food cert of sort?

Any comments would be welcomed!

Thanks so much.
