Hi Thanhtien,

That is right, the second edition of ISO 22000 requires that when deciding on prerequisite programmes that the applicable food sector ISO/TS 22002 document requirements are considered:

ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 1: Food manufacturing

https://www.iso.org/...dard/44001.html

ISO/TS 22002-2:2013 Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 2: Catering

https://www.iso.org/...dard/53493.html

ISO/TS 22002-3:2011 Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 3: Farming

https://www.iso.org/...dard/57389.html

ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 4: Food packaging manufacturing

https://www.iso.org/...dard/60969.html

ISO/NP TS 22002-5 Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 5: Transport and storage

Status :  Under development

https://www.iso.org/...dard/73101.html

ISO/TS 22002-6:2016 Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 6: Feed and animal food production

https://www.iso.org/...dard/66126.html

Kind regards,

Tony

You should consider implementing all the requirements presecribed in the relevant TS/ISO 22002. It would be normal to document any exclusion you apply to those prescribed PRPs how you made the decision.

Kind regards,

Tony
