CCP : Critical Control Point

OPRP : Operational Prerequisite Programs

 

You will need to describe the product, process flow and any other details to get a good response.

Sieving, baking, metal detection.

Oprp is sealing for foil package.

Hello,

 

I would like to add that if the product contains milk, butter etc., then monitoring the temperature of the refrigerators is also a ccp.
