Click on My Controls near the top of the board, and then click on Edit Profile Information. You will see an option labled "Custom member title" underneath any custom profile fields at the top of the form.
Set it to whatever you like and submit the form.
If you do not see the option, either the admin has disabled this member feature, or you have not hit the pre-determined post limit. So keep on posting. ;-)
