Hi Members,

Maybe time to introduce a category like causal defects, much better than quality defects.
But what is in a name.
These causal defects have to be in the HACCP analysis is my opinion.
Certainly in modern thinking were the process does not stop at your factory gate.

When I first saw your post I misread 'causal' for 'casual' and thought - what??? My mistake and yes I agree with the principal Okido.
