On 01 January 2006 under EU Legislation it will be a legal requirement for all food businesses (except primary producers) to put in place, implement and maintain a permanent procedure or procedures based on HACCP principles.
This includes your local kebab shop, pie shop, curry house, pizza parlour, restaurant, country pub, school and works canteen. What a great time to be a HACCP consultant.
