Hi all,

I just would like to update the information of general principles of food hygiene - rev.4 - 2003. You can access at http://www.codexalimentatius.net . But right now I do not know what the new changed or revised topic is.

Hi all,

I just take a time to get the diffirence from the previous one - Rev.3/ amd.1999 and find that there is no any change in part food hygiene and the majority of change is made on HACCP part (Annex), e.g. food safety requirements instead of food safety legislation, SLDB's concept, product group description, expert needed for SLDB's, validation of each critical limit. No significance is made for my point of view.

Thanks for the update NY.

I've attached an interesting diagram from the last page of the ISO 22000 comments document: http://www.saferpak....p?showtopic=826

It shows Codex Alimentarius and ISO 22000 together.

Hi / SLDBs stands for Small and/or Less Developed Business. I think Codex would like to design Food Hygiene to fit the SMEs business.
