Hello all,

Currently working as a Technical Manager at a BRC accredited Bakery in Yorkshire, supplying all the retailers and many food/salad manufacturers.
Have extensive experience in the UK meat industry from retail butchery (we all start somewhere) through to Technical Management of own brand meat products. Also been Technical Manager for Produce companies and Ingredient companies.

Hopefully I may actually be able to help out somewhere down the line.
