Hello. New to the forum, hopefully I can give a little. I've been through 2 BRC audits, the first one with one major and 3 or 4 minors and the second with just two minors. We also had a Tesco's audit last year so with a bit of luck i may be of use to someone. Looking for a new job due to my current place shutting very soon.
That's it. My "Hi".

Hi Wijit, Sorry to hear about your company shutting down; I’m hearing your story more and more just recently and I fear it will get worse over the next couple of years. On a brighter note welcome to the forums, please join in and make sure you stop by our jobs page.

:welcome:

Regards,
Simon

I can relate - I'm on a final round interview with one company today and it's been a bit of a hard slog getting another job. Companies over the past few months appear to be trying to get away without recruiting to save money.

There are a few things I've heard about which I didn't want to apply to for personal reasons (in QA and Technical Management). PM me and I'll pass on the details.

lets us know how you get on GMO

I find Monster pretty good, used them a few times. mind you i got fed up with the phonecalls in the end!

problem these days is that companies want a competent technical manager in the guise of a qa manager.....and we're worth every penny they pay us!

good luck in the job hunt, i know its not easy.

Yes wishing you good luck GMO - let us know how you get on. Whether it's this one or not I'm sure that someone with your quite obvious talents won't be on the shelf for very long. Being in a decent paying job with security is the target for a lot of people in the current climate, it's all doom and gloom at the moment.

Simon
