You may have noticed when viewing threads that members have different grades e.g. Member (MIFSQN), Associate (AIFSQN) etc.

The grading is based solely on the number of posts made by the member with automatic promotion to the next level when the predetemined number of posts is made. Take a look at the image below to see the different grades of membership and the number of posts required to achieve each grade.

It's an incentive to contribute to the forums and you never know one day it might be worth something. In addition members reaching a new grade can request an official Certificate of Contribution - starting at MIFSQN Grade and upwards.

In addition when browsing the active user list you will see members username displayed in the following colours.

Admin – Orange (Post Number Not Applicable)
Moderator - Red (Post Number Not Applicable)

Newbie – Grey (0 posts)
Active User – Black (1-24 posts)
Associate (AIFSQN) – Brown (25-49 posts)
Member (MIFSQN) – Green (50-249 posts)
Senior (SIFSQN) – Blue (250-499 posts)
Principal (PIFSQN) – Purple (500-999 posts)
Fellow (FIFSQN) - Gold (1,000+ posts)
